Facilities & Land
Every plant, office, store and landholding Japanese companies disclose in the 主要な設備の状況 (major facilities) section of their annual securities reports — with land carried at historical-cost book value, which is the point: land bought decades ago is still on the books at decades-old prices, and the area is disclosed next to it.

Land Carried Below Market
Companies ranked on the land their filings disclose. Cheapest book per ㎡ is the classic screen: a large area at negligible carrying value is land the balance sheet has forgotten. Book value is not market value — no market estimate is made here.

Rental Property at Market Value
The one place a filing puts a market value on real estate: the 賃貸等不動産 note discloses the balance-sheet carrying amount of rental property next to its fiscal-year-end fair value, mostly appraisal-based. The gap between the two is officially disclosed unrealized gain — nothing here is estimated by this platform.

Disclosed Facilities
Two more things are derived, not filed. English locations are the geocoded municipality's official romanization (Japan Post romanized address data) — the filed Japanese address is always shown with them. The Use category is classified from the filer's own text (site name, contents of equipment, segment) by fixed keyword rules; a row matching no rule shows — rather than a guess. Rental real estate, housing & welfare and idle land are marked non-core — for a company whose business is real estate, rental property is of course core; the marker flags the use, not a judgment on strategy.
